Agawam Self Storage Center - Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms By renting a storage unit from Agawam Self Storage Center, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you ("Tenant") and Agawam Self Storage Center ("Facility").
2. Use of Storage Unit
Storage units are for personal or business use only. No illegal, hazardous, flammable, or perishable items may be stored.
Tenants are responsible for securing their unit with a lock. The Facility is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to stored items.
3. Rental Payments
The Facility reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if payments are not made on time.
4. Access to Facility
Tenants have access to their units during the Facility's posted access hours.
The Facility reserves the right to restrict access during emergencies, maintenance, or for security reasons.
5. Insurance
The Facility does not insure Tenant's stored items. Tenants are encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for their belongings.
6. Termination
Failure to vacate the unit may result in additional charges or legal action.
7. Abandonment
If rent remains unpaid for a specified period, the unit may be considered abandoned. The Facility may take possession of the contents and dispose of them as allowed by law.
8. Liability
The Facility is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to the use of the storage unit. Tenants use the Facility at their own risk.
9. Modifications
The Facility reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Tenants will be notified of any changes, which will take effect immediately unless otherwise specified.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
